Introductory Calls

I don’t offer free introductory calls; all sessions are paid appointments.

While free consultations have become common in some industries, they often rely on practitioners having additional time, energy, or financial flexibility. As a disabled and neurodivergent practitioner, maintaining clear paid sessions is part of ensuring my work remains sustainable and accessible for me.

For a first meeting, I offer a reduced introductory session of £50 for 30 minutes (instead of the usual £90 for a 50-minute session). You are also very welcome to book the full 50-minute session for £90 if you prefer.

Fees

Therapy

  • Individual Therapy – £90 (50 mins)

  • Couple Therapy – £135 (50 mins)

  • Family Therapy (Parent & Child) – £135 (50 mins)

Reduced rates are available for weekly or fortnightly clients only.

  • Arts Mentoring – £80 (50 mins) / £100 with notes

  • Art Therapy Students – £60 per session

  • Crip Doula – Sessions are usually 45 minutes or longer. Please get in touch to discuss.

Other charges

Supervision - £65 per session

Letters, meetings, phone calls to professionals

This is charged at £50 per hour

PIP and Access to Work applications to go through the process and 1:1 support - £250 for 2 sessions and admin. Subsequent sessions vary from £80-120 depending on extra admin.
